Result / Revaluation / Answer Key

JEE Main Result 2027

The result for each session of JEE Main is declared on the official NTA website in the form of NTA Scores (percentile). The final All India Rank (AIR) is prepared after both sessions are conducted, based on the best of the two NTA Scores.

  • Visit the official JEE Main website and click on the result link.
  • Log in using your application number and date of birth / password.
  • Your scorecard will display the NTA Score, All India Rank, category rank and subject-wise scores.
  • No physical scorecard is dispatched; download and save a copy for counselling and admission purposes.
Revaluation / Rechecking

Since JEE Main is a Computer Based Test, NTA does not offer revaluation or rechecking of scores once the result is declared.

  • The only opportunity to raise objections is during the provisional answer key challenge window, before the final result is prepared.
  • Candidates should carefully verify their recorded responses, published alongside the provisional answer key, as these are treated as final for scoring.
  • No requests for rechecking, re-evaluation or score change are entertained after the final result is declared.
Provisional & Final Answer Key

NTA releases the provisional answer key along with candidates' recorded responses a few days after the examination, on the official website.

  • Candidates can challenge one or more answers within the given window by paying a non-refundable fee per challenged question.
  • Challenges are reviewed by a panel of subject-matter experts.
  • The final answer key is prepared based on accepted challenges, and the result is computed using only this final key.
  • Individual decisions on challenges are not communicated separately to candidates.
